With Remedy taking back the rights to Alan Wake back in 2019, the developer now has carte blanche to bring back the amnesiac novelist for another macabre adventure. Alan Wake released for Xbox 360 and PC way back in 2010, and demand for a sequel has been pretty strong since then. The Xbox 360 version of this was released at the same time as the original version on 14th May 2010 for Europe and May 18th for North America. One such is the Limited Collector's Edition. Grubb states that he doesn't know “exactly when” Alan Wake 2 will be announced, but apparently he has the inside track on the project, and was keen to share his scoop with the world. Alan Wake has received a few editions for its release. “There was a bidding war, but Epic had the best publishing deal, and so Alan Wake 2, it seems like it’s coming.” It should kind of be the follow-up that fans of that series want,” Grubb claimed (via VGC). “I’ve heard that Remedy is going to be making Alan Wake 2 with Epic.
